• Not transferable. Only name(s) listed on pass can redeem the benefits.
• Entry is subject to availability and can only be redeemed for general entry. We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your spots. 
• Drink discount applies to coffee, tea and chocolate only (hot or iced). Please present your pass at check-in to redeem.
• This pass is valid for 1 year from date of issue. Any extensions will be at management's sole discretion.
• Value cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• All guests attending must be 10+ to access cat area in line with our SPCA welfare plan.
