Shipping policy

We fulfill all online shop orders in-house and ship using a third party courier company. We endeavour to fulfill all orders within the week to be collected by the courier the next working day. Once it leaves our premises, the parcel's condition and when it arrives is out of our control. Please check the tracking number or contact the courier company directly if you need to follow up on your parcel.
